Parcels are shipped by the best matching supplier. This means fast and secure delivery, where you can track your parcel online via a track & trace code. A signature might be requested upon delivery. Would you like your parcel to be delivered to a different address? If so, please enter this in your address details.
Not at home? What now?
As IMO Signs uses different shipping methods, it can be difficult to say what the delivery driver will do if you are not at home. In addition, it also depends on the size of the parcel. What happens is that the delivery driver first checks whether he/she can deliver the parcel to the neighbors. Is this not possible? Then the product will be taken back by the delivery driver and another attempt will be made the next day. If you miss the shipment more often, you have the option to pick it up yourself at a drop-off point of your chosen shipping method.
Delivery time
Our delivery time is 1 day (if ordered before 16:00 on business days) after receiving the payment and if the products are in stock. If the product is not in stock, delivery time would increase to a maximum of 1.5 weeks. When ordered after 16:00, the delivery time is two business days. Delivery on Saturday is possible, but there are no deliveries on Sunday. Our carriers
If it concerns a Dutch order, we will send your package via MyParcel. MyParcel works together with PostNL. MyParcel provides the most suitable and cheapest solution to deliver your parcel to your door as quickly as possible!
If it concerns a Belgian order, we will also send the parcel using MyParcel. MyParcel looks for the best solution to deliver your parcel to your door as quickly as possible. This may differ between PostNL or DPD.
Shipping costs
For orders under €25,- shipping costs are for the customer, above €25,- IMO Signs pays the shipping costs. The shipping costs are €5.45 for an order under €25 in the Netherlands. For orders to Belgium, Germany and France, shipping costs are €7.95 for orders under €75. Above €75, shipping costs are for IMO Signs. We do not charge extra for any payment method during checkout of your order.
KLARNA
The Afterpay by MOLLIE called KLARNA is a method that allows you to pay afterward. What this means is that you do not have to pay for your product immediately. You have 14 days to pay for the product after delivery.
PayPal
Pay quickly and easily with PayPal; the service to pay, transfer money and receive payments without entering your financial details over and over again.
Ordering and paying
Ordering and paying is as follows. Click on the desired product and then click on ‘add to shopping basket’. You can then choose to continue shopping or pay. You click on your shopping basket to go to your chosen products. In this screen, you may enter a discount code, if not, you can click on ‘Continue to payment’. A page will now appear with another quick overview of your order and your payment options (mentioned above). On this screen, you will also have to enter some personal details for submitting your order. If you click ‘Pay now’, you will be redirected to your chosen payment method.

The prices stated for the products and services offered include VAT and handling and shipping costs, taxes or other levies, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing.
